Daily expenditure verification schedule announced : पालघर लोकसभा मतदारसंघातील उमेदवारांचे दैनंदिन खर्च तपासणी वेळापत्रक जाहीर
पालघर : भारत निवडणूक आयोगाच्या निवडणुक खर्च संनियंत्रण यावरील अनुदेशांचा सारसंग्रहमधील लेख्यांची तपासणीच्या तरतूदीनुसार पालघर लोकसभा मतदारसंघातील उमेदवारांचे दैनंदिन खर्च तपासणी वेळापत्रक (Daily expenditure verification schedule) जाहीर करण्यात आले आहे. या वेळापत्रकानुसार उमेदवारांच्या दैनंदिन निवडणूक खर्चाची तपासणी खर्च निरिक्षक यांच्यामार्फत करण्यात येणार आहे.
पालघर लोकसभा मतदारसंघात दालन क्रमांक आठ खर्च नियंत्रण कक्ष जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालय तळमजला मुख्य प्रशासकीय इमारत नवीन कोळगाव पालघर ता. जि.पालघर येथे खर्च तपासणी करण्यात येईल. ही तपासणी तीन टप्प्यात होणार असून उमेदवारांच्या दैनंदिन खर्चाची पहिली तपासणी 8 मे रोजी तर दुसरी 13 मे रोजी तर तिसरी तपासणी 17 मे २०२४ रोजी सकाळी 11 ते सायंकाळी 6 या वेळेत पार पडणार आहे, अशी माहिती निवडणूक निर्णय अधिकारी .गोविंद बोडके . यांनी दिली आहे.
याप्रमाणे तपासणीचे वेळापत्रक खालील प्रमाणे निश्चित करण्यात आले असून वरिल नमुद दिनांकास तपासणी करिता उमेदवारांनी उपस्थित रहावे.असे कळविण्यात आले आहे.
त्याचप्रमाणे परिशिष्ठ E-१ भाग अब क.,खर्चाची मुळ प्रमाणके (nvoice, GST क्र. ईत्यादि सह परिपुर्ण), तपासणी दिनांकापूर्वी अदयावत बैंक पासबुक / Statement सर्व परवाने (वाहन, रॅली, ई) इ. कागदपत्रांसह
वरील नमुद वेळापत्रकाप्रमाणे उमेदवार/उमेदवाराचे प्रतिनिधी यांनी विहीत वेळेत अभिलेखे निवडणूक खर्च निरीक्षक यांना उपलब्ध करुन न दिल्यास लोकप्रतिनिधीत्व अधिनियम १९५१ प्रमाणे उमेदवारानी प्रतिदिन अभिलेख अदयावत ठेवले नसल्याचे समजण्यात येऊन योग्य कारवाई करण्यात येईल.
असे जिल्हाधिकारी तथा जिल्हा निवडणूक निर्णय अधिकारी गोविंद बोडके यांनी कळविले आहे.

Palghar Dt. 4: Daily expenditure verification schedule of candidates of Palghar Lok Sabha Constituency has been announced as per the provision of Audit of Accounts in the Summary of Instructions on Election Expenditure Control of Election Commission of India. According to this schedule, the daily election expenses of the candidates will be checked by the expenditure inspector.
Palghar Lok Sabha Constituency Hall No. Eight Expenditure Control Room Collector’s Office Ground Floor Main Administrative Building New Kolgaon Palghar Tt. Expenditure inspection will be done at District Palghar. This inspection will be conducted in three stages and the first inspection of the daily expenses of the candidates will be conducted on May 8, the second on May 13 and the third inspection on May 17, 2024 from 11 am to 6 pm, informed the election decision officer Govind Bodke. given by
As such, the examination schedule has been fixed as follows and the candidates should appear for the examination on the above mentioned dates.
Similarly Annexure E-1 Part Ab c., Original proof of expenditure (complete with nvoice, GST No. etc.), Bank Passbook / Statement up to date before the date of inspection All licenses (Vehicle, Rally, E) etc. with documents
If the candidate/candidate’s representative does not make the records available to the Election Expenditure Inspector within the prescribed time as per the above sample schedule, appropriate action will be taken as per the Representation of the People Act, 1951. This has been informed by Collector and District Election Decision Officer Govind Bodke.
